Who can apply for ICOF programmes?
- Any priest, religious, or a pastoral agent in Africa.
- Having been in ministry for at least 7 years.
- Those in transition from one ministry to another.
- Being recommended by one’s superior / bishop.
- Having a reasonable mastery of English or French
- Willing to be open to share oneself with others for mutual enrichment and growth.
What is the content of ICOF programmes?
ICOF programmes are designed with a good balance between the four areas of formation: Human, Spiritual, Pastoral and Academic.
Where can I participate in ICOF programmes?
ICOF organises regular programmes in Tanzania and in Ivory Coast. ICOF runs resilience programmes in various countries depending on the needs and our availability.
What is a resilience programme?
The resilience programme is designed for pastoral agents who work in challenging areas of insecurity. It offers support and equips them to help others.
