Cela nous a aid\u00e9s \u00e0 nous entraider et \u00e0 nous resituer dans des exemples concrets. L\u2019accompagnateur peut poser ces 2 questions : qu\u2019est-ce que tu ressens ? Qu\u2019est-ce qui se passe en toi ? <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Le 15 juillet nous avons continu\u00e9 le module de l\u2019accompagnement. L\u2019invitation \u00e0 prendre conscience que je n\u2019ai peux pas changer l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur mais je peux me changer moi-m\u00eame, et pour cela j\u2019ai de choix \u00e0 faire et de renoncements : dans ma fa\u00e7on de penser, d\u2019agir et de me comporter. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">La m\u00e9thode ABCDEF d\u2019Aaron Beck aide \u00e0 discuter et \u00e0 remplacer la pens\u00e9e tordue par une meilleure.
